TERMS & CONDITION


  1. Booking Confirmation
  2. A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total agreed amount. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
  3. Cancellation Policy
  4. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, without any additional charges.
  5. Delivery Timeline
  6. Final edited photographs and videos will be delivered within 14–21 business days from the shoot date unless otherwise agreed.
  7. Copyright & Usage
  8. All images and videos remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted personal use rights. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.
  9. Client Responsibilities
  10. Clients must ensure the location and setup are ready for the shoot. Any delays caused by unpreparedness will count towards the booked time.
  11. Model/Location Releases
  12. It is the client’s responsibility to secure permission for shooting at specific locations or of individuals other than the client.
  13. Force Majeure
  14. The photographer is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond their control, such as weather, illness, or natural disasters. In such cases, the shoot will be rescheduled.
  15. Editing & Retouching
  16. The photographer retains discretion over editing style and artistic direction. Additional editing requests beyond the agreed deliverables may incur extra charges.
  17. Liability
  18. The photographer will take all reasonable care but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or data loss. Liability is limited to the refund of the shoot’s cost.
  19. Payment Terms
  20. Payments must be made in full as per the agreed timeline. Late payments will incur an additional fee of 5% per week past the due date.
